The incident lead to another one of Baldwin's trademark Twitter rants.
Why, Alec Baldwin? Just why? In another Baldwin story that might get your weirdness senses tingling, the controversial actor has been arrested in New York for illegal biking. As in a real bike – handlebars, gears, pedals, etc. According to TMZ, which was first to report the story, Baldwinwas detained in New York City Tuesday morning after riding his bike the wrong way on Fifth Avenue and 16th street. Apparently, his arrest was due, at least in part, to the fact that he didn’t have his ID on him at the time.
Alec and Hilaria Baldwin have been keeping a low profile since his outburst last summer.
Baldwin was then taken to the police station and was later issued a ticket for disorderly conduct, which was apparently prompted by his hostility to the police officers. The story could have ended there, but this is Alec Baldwin, so of course, it didn’t. Baldwin, who took a break from Twitter back in 2013 and deleted his personal account, took to his Alec Baldwin Foundation twitter to air his opinion.
My only point is that claims by Moreno of disorderly conduct are either a distortion or outright lie.
Moreno lied in her report.

Baldwin first told his side of the story in a series of tweets, which then morphed into a tangent directed at his arresting officers. One particular gem read: “New York City is a mismanaged carnival of stupidity that is desperate for revenue and anxious to criminalize behavior once thought benign,” referring to his arrest.
In another tweet, he wrote: “Meanwhile, photographers outside my home ONCE AGAIN terrified my daughter and nearly hit her with a camera. The police did nothing.”
So it looks like Alec Baldwin has made a return to public life. More on the story, as it develops.
