Lauren Graham, better known to millions of fans as Lorelai Gilmore, has revealed she hasn’t watched the highly-anticipated Netflix revival yet.
‘Gilmore Girls: A Year in the Life’ hit the streaming service on November 25, but Graham says she still hasn't sat down to enjoy it yet and admits she may never.

Creator Amy Sherman-Palladino wants to out it "out to the universe"
After a decade long wait for fans, the fast-talking twosome from Stars Hollow returned over this weekend for a binge-watchable mini-series on Netflix: A Year In The Life. The four seasonal episodes promised to be jam-packed full of all things Gilmore that every fan loved with creator Amy Sherman-Palladino back at the helm.

And while the first question for every true fan was when can I block off a whole day/evening to binge-watch the episodes, it’s now more than likely that people will ask: what about some more?

The actor caught the eye of a casting director, but no one else was convinced.
Ryan Gosling could have scored a part in ‘Gilmore Girls’, if only he didn’t fluff his audition, according to one of the show’s casting directors.
At the 'Gilmore Girls' Fan Fest in Washington Depot, Connecticut on Friday night, casting director Jami Rudofsky shared an awesome behind-the-scenes story about how a young Gosling very nearly was a Gilmore guy.

Dean, Jess, Logan? Or maybe Rory doesn't need a man to make her happy...
The ‘Gilmore Girls’ revival on Netflix is still sadly more than two months away and fans just can’t wait to see what Lorelai and Rory are up to now. In the nine years since the show ended there’s certainly been a lot for viewers to contemplate, but for some their biggest question is, who did Lorelai and Rory end up with?
Lauren Graham returns as Lorelai in ‘Gilmore Girls: A Year in the Life’
But as Lauren Graham, who plays Lorelai, has expertly pointed out, this is a show about so much more than romance. Speaking to Entertainment Weekly the actress said: “I would be remiss if I didn’t say that Rory and Lorelai’s main strength, even if they believe in true love, is that they have themselves and they have each other.”
Star Lauren Graham made the announcement during an appearance on the ‘Ellen DeGeneres Show’.
The much anticipated Netflix revival of ‘Gilmore Girls’ suddenly feels a lot more real, as the show’s title and first poster have finally be revealed. Lauren Graham, who played mom Lorelai on the much loved series, revealed the reboot’s title on the 'Ellen DeGeneres Show', while also giving us our first real idea of what’s in store.
Lauren Graham will be back as Lorelai Gilmore on Netflix.
Speaking to DeGeneres Graham said: “I feel so lucky to get to [revisit Gilmore Girls], but it's also been so bizarre because I open the door and we're across the street from you, which wasn't the case before.”
Well, that one fell right through the media radar.
Some stars are way too good at keeping secrets. Alexis Bledel welcomed her first child into the world in 2015 and we've only just found out, thanks to her 'Gilmore Girls' co-star Scott Patterson. It's not clear whether she was deliberately keeping it all under wraps, or if she just forget to tell us.
Alexis Bledel is a first time mom!
At least we know now. The 34-year-old TV star gave birth to a baby boy in the Fall having fallen pregnant by her husband, 37-year-old Vincent Kartheiser. A representative for the star has confirmed the news to People magazine, after the news broke in Glamour recently during an interview with Scott Patterson.

The actor who will play Christian Grey described the "tangible chemistry" between him and co-star Dakota Johnson.
If the prospects of having to get his kit off many times on screen as well as learn how to deftly wield whips and paddles may have flustered Charlie Hunnam, the actor who'll play Fifty Shades of Grey's Christian Grey, then the news that over 75,000 furious 50 Shades readers had taken their discontentment towards him playing the lead male role to Change.org to demand a casting reshuffle, should by rights make him feel practically terrified.
Charlie Hunnam Is Confident In His Acting Ability & Interaction With Dakota.
However, it seems that the 33 year-old English actor could not be more confident in his skills, and quite probably takes all the petitioning and hate tweeting as a challenge to be the best Grey possible. Describing his experience of the hotly anticipated adaptation of EL James' erotic trilogy so far as "exciting and fun and weird and compelling," there's little sense of fear or trepidation in Hunnam's words as he talks to Hollywood Life.
Over 60K signatures asking for Matt Bomer to replace Charlie Hunnam: the 'White Collar' actor speaks out.
Actor Matt Bomer has added his voice to the Fifty Shades of Grey movie casting debate after 61,000 fans disappointed with the movie's recently announced cast have launched a petition calling for the casting of the two lead characters in the erotic trilogy adaptation to be changed. TheWhite Collar star has responded to calls that, despite casting decisions being firmed, he should play the character Christian Grey instead of Pacific Rim actor Charlie Hunnam.
Over 60,000 50 Shades Readers Want To See Bomer Play Grey.
"I'm so grateful for the fans and I'm touched," said Bomer, speaking via Entertainment Tonight. He added "I'm looking forward to seeing the movie with Charlie and Dakota [Johnson]," perhaps in an attempt to calm the sea of rage that seems to be surrounding the casting of two relative unknowns in the adaptations of author EL James' erotic fiction series.

Matt Bomer has stated he is grateful for his fan's petition, but that he is "looking forward" to seeing Charlie Hunnam and Dakota Johnson in the Fifty Shades of Grey movie. His statement follows the backlash by some Fifty Shades fans who have petitioned for a recasting for the roles of Christian Grey and Anastasia Grey.
Matt Bomer has responded to the Fifty Shades of Grey fan's petition which calls for Bomer to replace Charlie Hunnam as Christian Grey in the upcoming film. Some fans of the bestselling series are in uproar about the casting of Hunnam and Dakota Johnson in the roles of Grey and his love interest Anastasia Steele.

The casting announcement was made on Monday (2nd September) by author E.L. James on Twitter. Certain fans were in uproar and chose to create a petition which called for the recasting of the Fifty Shades actors. To date the petition has raised over 57 000 signatures.
Fans of Fifty Shades of Grey are petitioning producers of the film adaptation to alter their casting decision. It was announced 2nd September, Christian Grey would be played by Charlie Hunnam and Anastasia Steele would be portrayed by Dakota Johnson. However, fans have other ideas for who should appear in the roles.
Fans of the Fifty Shades of Grey trilogy are in uproar following the casting announcements on Monday. Dakota Johnson and Charlie Hunnam will be playing Anastasia Steele and Christian Grey in the film adaptation of E.L. James' raunchy novels.
Charlie Hunnam has been cast as Christian Grey.
Fans may have their own ideas about who should portray the characters of E.L. James' bestselling series. However, it seems unlikely anything will change despite the outcry. The film's producer, Dana Brunetti, has defended the casting; tweeting in mock surprise of the negative comments. He went so far as to accuse those attacking the casting decision of not being "true fans".

...not the kind of backlash EL James enjoys writing about.
They once read Fifty Shades of Grey secretly on the train using Kindles, but now the readers of EL James' notorious "mommy porn" erotic trilogy have stood up and banded together in sheer outrage. With all page-to-screen adaptations, there will always be those who think "I didn't imagine that character to look like that actor," and maybe grumble about it amongst their friends or on the murky depths of a fan forum. However, 50 Shades fans have launched a petition for the male and female leads - Charlie Hunnam and Dakota Johnson - to be changed.
For Some Reason, Many Fans Aren't Digging Dakota Johnson.
The furious petition, launched on Change.org, has now gathered 23.5K supporters who feel that White Collar's Matt Bomer and Gilmore Girls' Alexis Bledel should take the main roles of kinky billionaire Christian Grey and student-turned-sex-slave Anastasia Steele. It's perhaps true; Bomer and Bledel do perhaps fit EL James' character descriptions a little better than the (both blonde) Hunnam and Johnson so there's little wonder as to why these actors were imagined when 50 Shades fans were reading.
The people have spoken, but will anything actually change?
It’s the end of days, people. Not delighted with the choices of Charlie Hunnam and Dakota Johnson to play the roles of Christian Grey and Anastasia Steele, fans of 50 Shades of Grey – or at least one with plenty of time on his-or-her hands – have started a petition to get them replaced.
Charlie Hunnam and Dakota aren't what around 18,000 fans wanted
The actors demanded by the petition are Matt Bomer and Gilmore Girls actress Alexis Bledel. "Matt Bomer is the PERFECT DESCRIPTION OF CHRISTIAN GREY AND ALEXIS BLEDEL IS THE PERFECT ACTRESS TO REPRESENT ANASTASIA STEELE and if THEY ARE NOT, NOBODY WILL BE," the organiser of the petition wrote, using capital letters to emphasize the point.

Among the biggest stars at the 2013 Fox Upfront Presentation in New York City's Woolman Rink were 'The X Factor USA' judges Demi Lovato and Simon Cowell, who seemed to be enjoying each other's company outside of work with Demi making a bunny ears sign above Si-Co's head; 'New Girl' actress Zooey Deschanel, who was positively beaming as she posed in a black sequined jacket and sticky-out skirt; and Alexis Bledel from 'Gilmore Girls' accompanied by 'Parenthood' star Jason Ritter.
Alexis Bledel, who is the favorite to play Anastasia Steele in the Fifty Shades of Grey movie, is set to marry her Mad Men co-star boyfriend Vincent Kartheiser.
Alexis Bledel and Vincent Kartheiser, who engaged in a steamy on-screen affair on AMC's Mad Men, are getting married in real life! 31-year-old Bledel and her 33-year-old beau went public with their relationship back in October, looking very much in love, and it appears the couple are ready to take their romance to the next level.
A representative for the couple confirmed the engagement news to E! online after Us weekly had dropped the exclusive. A source told the magazine that Vincent - who plays ad executive Peter Campbell in Mad Men - "proposed a few weeks ago," and that the ring is "huge." Bledel played an unhappy housewife in the multi-award winning series, though seduced Kartheiser's character after he begins to do business with her husband. Though Bledel landed the Mad Men role following her stint on Gilmore Girls, bigger things could be on the horizon for the San Francisco native. Bookmakers have her as the big favorite to play the submissive Anastasia Steel in Universal and Focus Films' adaptation of E.L James' controversial novel Fifty Shades of Grey. Shailene Woodley was considered her nearest rival for the part, though took the lead role in Fox's 'The Fault In Our Stars' earlier this week. Emma Watson and Mila Kunis have both talked down the chances of them playing Steele. The movie, which is likely to star either Henry Cavill, Alex Pettyfer or Ryan Gosling as Mr Christian Grey, will go into production this summer.
We here at Contactmusic.com wish both Bledel and Kartheiser the best!
On-screen Mad Men couple engaged to be married
Mad Men’s on-screen lovers Vincent Kartheiser and Alexis Bledel may have had an ill-fated affair in the popular series, but off-screen, they are madly in love with each other and according to Us Weekly, the couple recently got engaged. Alexis, 31 and Kartheiser, 33 started dating early last year and recent reports suggest that all is going swimmingly for the couple, as they prepare for life as husband and wife.
“Vincent proposed a few weeks ago,” a friend told the magazine. “She’s been wearing her ring, it’s huge!” Another source had also confirmed “they couldn’t be happier. A third commented that they are “so cute together.” Bledel and Kartheiser are no strangers to the world of celebrity relationships, even if this will be the first trip down the aisle for both of them. Bledel previously dated her on-screen love interest in Gilmour Girls, Milo Ventimiglia, whilst Kartheiser used to date the actress Rachael Leigh Cook.
We’re not sure how long the couple are planning on staying engaged before they officially tie the knot but Vince currently has two projects in post-production, one a drama called Red Knot and another entitled Beach Pillows. Meanwhile, Alexis has four productions on the go, Remember Sunday, Parts Per Billion, Friends & Family and The Letters. We’re pretty sure that between them they’ll manage to find a gap in their schedules to walk down the aisle.

With Emma Watson out of the running for 'Fifty Shades of Grey,' we take a look at some of the other contenders to play Anastasia Steele.
Emma Watson is officially out of the running to play the submissive Anastasia Steele in Kelly Marcel's adaptation of the S&M novel 'Fifty Shades of Grey.' Watson - who, of course played Hermione Granger in Harry Potter - has long been considered one of the favourites to play the female lead in theUniversal and Focus Pictures movie, though she shot down the rumors in a couple of posts on her Twitter page this week. Watson, who recently turned down the opportunity to play Cinderella in Kenneth Branagh's upcoming Disney movie, started off by telling followers, "Who here actually thinks I would do 50 Shades of Grey as a movie? Like really. For real. In real life."
After encouraging her fans to respond, Watson presumably got few affirmative replies, or plenty of tweets warning her off the project, tweeting, "Good. Well that's that sorted then." The nature of her tweets suggest Watson has been approached by Universal about playing Anastasia and it's likely she would have been the studio's first choice. "I haven't read the book, I haven't a read a script, nothing," Watson told EW.com in July 2012, "There are so many movies you become attached to when I've literally never even received a phone call. It was the same way with 'The Girl With the Dragon Tattoo' - I never even saw a script!"
The Fifty Shades movie remains without a lead actor, actress or director, despite Universal's hopes of releasing the film in summer of 2014. Shooting is likely to go ahead within the next couple of months, though Watson ruling herself will have given producers a potential headache. Is she isn't playing Steele, then who is?

The rumor mill has been working overtime of late, especially concerning the film adaptation of E. L. James’s 50 Shades of Grey – notably, whether Mila Kunis will possibly be taking on the main role.
Nearly every actress in Hollywood, who is the approximate age of the main character (Anastacia Steele) that is, has been rumored to be considered for the part. A lot of speculation centered around Emma Watson’s possible involvement in the project, however those tongues have been silenced by the actress herself vehemently denying it.
Now, however, another burst of gossip has erupted, after The Sun quoted Kunis herself as saying that she would love to do 50 Shades. The exact quote, published by the tabloid, reads: “There are times when you just want to do something fun and different, because you’re going to have a good time doing it.”

If nothing else, "Bride and Prejudice" proves that the silly, ingenuous charm of Bollywood musicals becomes tedious andeven downright dumb in English.
A cross-cultural adaptation of Jane Austen's "Pride and Prejudice" set in modern-day Bombay, London and Los Angeles, thisis a trite, flimsy, groundless romance of shallow character stereotypes, ethnic hypocrisy, and horrible songs. But it does have one saving gracein talented, stunningly beautiful Indian superstar Aishwarya Rai.
As Lalita, the most independent and worldly of five sisterswhose largely traditional parents have begun trying to marry them off,Rai has a radiant screen presence as she stands in for Austen's heroineElizabeth Bennet. But she doesn't have much to work with except personalitycontradictions that betray a one-dimensional script -- and a suitor whois nothing short of insufferable, played by an actor without the chopsto reveal his unsuspected depth.
