Dad-to-be Alfonso Ribeiro celebrated the upcoming birth of his second child by throwing a baby shower at his Los Angeles home.

The former Fresh Prince of Bel-Air star and his wife Angela were joined at the weekend (28-29Sep13) bash by guests including Devious Maids actor Grant Show and his wife Katherine LaNasa, and former baseball star David Justice.

He tells U.S. news show Access Hollywood Live, "I had a great baby shower, I had a lot of friends come over."

The tot will be the couple's first, although Ribeiro, who played Carlton Banks o]on the hit sitcom, also has a young daughter from a previous relationship.
