Amir Khan wants to star in a 'Rocky' movie.

The boxing ace is a big fan of Sylvester Stallone's movie series about the sport and would find it impossible to turn down an offer to appear in one of the films.

He said: ''I couldn't turn that down because I'm a big fan of the 'Rocky' movies, so I'd do that. Yeah, no problem, but I don't want to be the one that's getting knocked out, so I'm going to be the winner first, but after boxing.''

The 25-year-old sportsman - who was born and raised in Bolton, North West England but whose parents hail from Pakistan - revealed he has already had been inundated with movie offers from the UK, Hollywood and India.

Speaking to Absolute Radio's Polly James at BT London Live in Hyde Park, he said: ''I've been asked to do films by Hollywood and a few English directors and also by Bollywood, you know how big Bollywood is. I've not really looked into it.''

Though Amir says he will wait until he retires from boxing to embark on an acting career, fans may not have to wait too long as he is planning to retire when he is 28.

He said: ''I always said that I'm going to call it a day when I'm 28, so I have a couple of years left in this sport, and then I want to look after my family and be a family man, I want to be a husband and maybe a father to kids, I just want to be a normal guy.''
