Thomas Craven is a well respected detective who is part of the Boston police department, when his 24 year old daughter decides to travel back to Boston to visit her father, he's over the moon but when she is assassinated in the family home, Craven's life is brought to turmoil. It appears the bullets that killed his daughter were meant for him.

Further investigation into who mistakenly killed his daughter leads to a CIA operative named Darius Jedburgh. Together the men aim to uncover the true reason why Craven's daughter was killed and more importantly, who pulled the trigger.
