Alphabeat release a new single 'What Is Happening' on November 24th 2008 through Virgin Records, the single is featured on their album 'This Is Alphabeat' which also includes the hit singles '10,000 Nights Of Thunder', 'Boyfriend' and 'Fascination'.

In Autumn the band head out on the road and play their biggest tour to date, the band have also been confirmed to support Katy Perry on her Autumn US tour! The single 'What Is Happening' will also come with remixes from Amej, Ultrabeat, Chicken Lips, Pocketknife and Simmons & Christopher.
