Having crashed into the Top 40 with their recent second single, 'Raoul' The Automatic release a new single Monster on 5th June through B-Unique. The band's live signature tune, Monster is another example of The Automatic's raucous disco-punk and boasts chorus that's destines to be sung from playgrounds to football terraces.

It's been a phenomenal six months for the teenage Cowbridge four piece. Having wowed fans with a series pf riotous live shows (including tours with Hard-Fi, The Ordinary Boys and fellow Welshmen the GLC), they've become one of the most hotly tipped new bands around. The band have recently appeared everywhere from Top Of The Pops to The Friday Night Project, received daytime play on Radio 1 and both their previous singles Recover and Raoul were NME single of the weeks

Monster is taken from The Automatic's hotly anticipated debut album Not Accepted Anywhere. Produced by Steve Harris (U2, Kaiser Chiefs) and Richard Jackson (Super Furry Animals, The Boyfriends) in Liverpool, Cardiff and Lincoln, Not Accepted Anywhere will be released on 12th June.

The band have been confirmed for a string of festival appearances including T in the Park, Oxygen, Wakefest and the AM/PM Festival, Pontypridd . The full tour dates are as:
