Lisa Hannigan - Knots Music Video

Lisa Hannigan's new single 'Knots' will be released on October 24th. It is taken from her anticipated second album, 'Passenger', which is set to be released on October 10th. Passenger is the follow up to Lisa's Mercury nominated debut album 'Sea Sew', which was released in 2008.

The video for Knots was directed by Myles O'Reilly. Dressed all in white and standing in front of a white backdrop while playing a white ukulele, a cheerful Lisa laughs and grins as she gets splattered with paint while singing her rollicking, bouncy song. I can guarantee you will watch this one with a huge smile on your face.

Lisa Hannigan started her career with fellow Irish singer songwriter Damian Rice in 2001; her vocals can be heard on songs such as 'The Blowers Daughter' and '9 Crimes'. After seven years, she left to pursue a solo career. Her debut album Sea Sew was nominated for a Mercury Award but ultimately lost out to rapper Speech Debelle.
