Hooray For Earth - True Loves (live) Music Video

Hooray For Earth's new single, True Loves, is the lead single taken from their forthcoming abum of the same name, which will be released on February 27th, 2012. The single was released on November 7th on Memphis Industries.

Formed in Boston in 2005 and now based in Manhattan, Hooray For Earth is: Noel Heroux (vocals); Christopher Principe (bass); Gary Benacquista (guitar) and Joseph Ciampini (drums). So far, the band have released two EPs: Cellphone (February 2008) and MOMO (June 2010).

Work on the debut album True Loves began in the summer of 2010, with songs being written, recorded and produced in just five weeks. The band also had help mixing the album from Chris Coady, who has worked with TV On The Radio; Yeah Yeah Yeahs; Blonde Redhead and Beach House.

In June 2011, Hooray For Earth embarked on a five week US tour with Cymbals Eat Guitars.
