Ian Brown Pleads Guilty To Speeding Charge

British rocker Ian Brown has been handed a fine after pleading guilty to a speeding charge.
The Stone Roses star, who recently announced a comeback tour with the newly-reunited band, was driving through Cheshire, England in April (11) when his car was stopped by cops.
The officers clocked the vehicle at 105 miles per hour (168 kilometres per hour) and he was charged with speeding.
Brown, 48, entered a guilty plea to the charge at Chester Magistrates' Court and was handed a fine and penalty points on his driving licence, according to the Bbc.
The star escaped a driving ban after his lawyer Nick Freeman argued losing his licence would cause the star "insurmountable" difficulties in relation to seeing his 11-year-old son and in attending Stone Roses band rehearsals which are taking place at "a remote secret location".
