Jill lives with her sister, Molly. While Jill is sensible and somewhat guarded, Molly is more carefree. One night, Molly is organising a dinner and asks Jill if she can come. Jill is unsure, as she works a night shift but eventually she relents and says she'll go. That same night, she leaves for work as normal, saying good night to Molly over the phone.

When she gets home, Jill goes to Molly's room and knocks on her door. When there is no answer, she opens it to find that Molly's bed is empty. She has gone missing. Jill is immediately reminded of an event in her life two years ago, where she was abducted. She managed to escape but now she can't help wondering if the serial killer who kidnapped her was planning on doing so again.

Jill tries going to the authorities but they are sceptical. She reveals that she only escaped because she knew the killer's secret. Despite not getting any help, she decides to look for Molly herself. Jill must recall her horrifying ordeal in order to track down the abductor, even though it is causing her to spiral into insanity. She has until sundown to rescue Molly, before she is killed.
