Jerome is a Premiership footballer living the dream life: a fancy car, loads of money and a hot girlfriend; not to mention the luxury flat he lives in and vast opportunities for his career. It's a world away from the council estate and the grotty life he grew up with as a child.

His old estate crew follow his progress with interest, growing increasingly jealous of his lifestyle. One day, they run into Jerome. The latter is surprised that his old friends are still pursuing their gangland ways instead of making something for themselves and he tries to forget about them and focus on an upcoming match that could skyrocket his career even further.

Unfortunately for Jerome, his mates keep shadowing him and eventually Jerome is sucked back into his old ways. This time, though, it isn't as fun as it used to be; Jerome ends up getting blackmailed by old acquaintances, who are now criminals and drug dealers.

Jerome needs to find a way out, fast. But as his opportunities for escape become smaller and smaller, he must make some decisions that could ultimately see his career destroyed - and his former life as a gang member restored.
