By Elinor Cosgrave in Lifestyle / Showbiz on 06 July 2014
Bryan Singer's legal representatives are hoping to have the second sexual abuse suit against him dismissed. The case alleges Singer and another Hollywood executive sexually assaulted an unnamed British man.
X-Men director Bryan Singer has asked a court to dismiss the case against him which alleges he sexually abused a British man, known in the case as John Doe 117.

'X-Men' Director Bryan Singer And Gary Goddard Face Second Sexual Abuse Lawsuit
By Sophie Miskiw in Lifestyle / Showbiz on 06 May 2014
Bryan Singer and Gary Goddard face fresh allegations of sexual abuse in a second lawsuit filed against them.
X-Men: Days of Future Past director Bryan Singer faces fresh allegations of sexual assault. The latest accusations follow a federal lawsuit filed by former child model Michael Egan in April. Now a second man, an anonymous Brit, has come forward, filing a claim in California accusing Singer and theatre producer Gary Goddard of sexually assaulting him when he was a child.
The claim has been filed by the same lawyer working with Egan, whose lawsuit is against both Singer and Goddard, as well as two others. The latest lawsuit alleges that Goddard actively contacted the plaintiff on a social media website when he was just 14, later contact escalating to nude webcam conversations when the boy was 15. The man also claims that when he was 16 he began a sexual relationship with Singer.

Egan has also filed a similar suit against X-Men movie director Bryan Singer on April 16.

The entire purpose of the movie is to show off Bo Derek's body. What happens en route to that is almost incidental. It certainly has nothing to do with the Tarzan story as we know it. Jane (Derek) heads to Africa to visit dad (poor, poor Richard Harris), who's on safari. Soon she encounters a beefcake guy with a waxed chest, and by the time they meet a second time she's encouraging him to grope her under her invariably wet shirt.
