Katie Price Late For Book Signing After 'Towie' Night Out

Katie Price turned up one hour late for a book signing in Birkenhead, Merseyside, on Sunday (June 24, 2012), after suffering from what the UK's Sun newspaper described as a "Towie hangover".
The former glamour model had been partying with 'The Only Way is Essex' star Lauren Goodger at Liverpool's Newz Bar club until 4am, and it seems as though the evening took its toll on the mother of three. Price attempted to perk herself up by calling off at MCDonalds en route to Birkenhead, but she still "looked jaded". She donned a sparkly top and bright pink bra, though the report claims she couldn't divert attention away from her "heavy eyes" as she posed with a copy of new novel The Name of Love. Hundreds of fans had been left queuing outside WH Smith in the hope of meeting their idol, and Price eventually got through the crowds. Before heading to a similar signing in Southport, she tweeted, "Wow just finished massive signing in Birkenhead now on way to Southport xxxx", adding, "Thankyou to everyone waiting xx".
The previous evening, Price had told fans "Having dinner with laurengoodger in liverpool .. Such good night drinks and laughter x" Goodger - who fell out with 'Towie' bosses earlier this year - subsequently re-tweeted the message to her 1 million followers.
