Reality star Kim Kardashian is snapped arriving in a car outside the NBC studio to appear on the 'Today' show; one fan can be heard shouting, 'Oh my God, Hey Kim! I love you!'. As she enters the building escorted by a member of security, she is closely followed by her sister Kourtney Kardashian. The pair are also filmed later leaving the studio.

Kim has been firmly stuck in the headlines this week following her announcement on New Year's Eve that she was pregnant with her first child. She revealed on 'Today' that it was 'a miracle' she managed to get pregnant as she has the same fertility problems as her sister Khloe who has been trying for a baby for two years
