Spanish protestors are snapped chanting and holding banners outside Berlin's Bundeskanzleramt (the German Chancellery). Many of the banners bear the word 'rücktritt', the German word for 'resignation', as they call for Spanish Prime Minister Mariano Rajoy to give up his post following a secret payment scandal. The sound of people banging metal tins can be heard in the background as they await German Chancellor Angela Merkel to greet Rajoy who is due to be present in Berlin.

Rajoy has been accused of political corruption after allegedly receiving and paying out secret payments to businesses, many of which were construction related. He has denied the allegations and promises to publish the full list of his earnings and assets online to prove his innocence.
