During that time, Kim was still staying at the lavish maternity suite at Cedars-Sinai hospital and getting spoiled like a queen after the birth of the little one.

The new parents reportedly spared no expense on post-natal care, before they left the hospital to move to an undisclosed location. According to The Mirror, Kanye surprised Kim with one heck of a push present – an engagement ring with a black and white tiger diamond, reportedly worth around $500 000.

Neither of the two lovebirds has made any comment on the matter yet, but multiple reports claim that the Keeping Up With The Kardashians star has accepted the proposal and the two are now planning a September wedding in Paris.
