Kyra Sedgwick Accident: Kevin Bacon Posts Pictures!

Kyra Sedgwick was hospitalised after slicing her finger while chopping vegetables on Saturday night (29.06.13).

The 47-year-old actress' husband of 25 years, Kevin Bacon, kept fans updated on his WhoSay page by posting a picture of his wife holding up her bandaged finger.

The snapshot shows Kyra sitting in a hospital bed, surrounded by beeping monitors, cloths and bandages, showing off her injury.

He wrote: ''@kyrasedgwick in the ER. Kale isn't ALLWAYS HEALTHY ... if you chop the end of your finger off (sic)''.

Since then he has confirmed his wife is well, tweeting: ''My Baby is fine. All good. Still can't find the tip of that finger @kyrasedgwick.''

He attached another image to the message which showed his wife holding up her heavily bandaged left index finger and smiling through her pain.

Kevin currently stars in the Fox television series 'The Following', in which he plays an FBI agent, Ryan Hardy, on the hunt for a serial killer.

Meanwhile Kyra will feature in the forthcoming film 'Kill Your Darlings', alongside Daniel Radcliffe and Elisabeth Olsen, due for release in October 2013.
