Randy Travis Leaves Hospital And Heads To Physical Therapy Facility

Randy Travis has been released from hospital after spending over a month in Baylor Heart in Plano, Texas. He has been relocated to a physical therapy facility where he will receive treatment following his stroke.

Mary Davis, Travis' fiancé issued a statement thanking the public for their continued support. It reads "thanks to all the fans and friends for your continued prayers and support as Randy continues on the road to recovery."

The 54-year-old singer is best known for his hits such as 'Three Wooden Crosses and his breakthrough album Storms of Life. Travis first began recording in 1985, since then he has won 6 Grammy Awards and has received a star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame. He has also appeared in films with Matt Damon and Patrick Swayze.
