She was questioned on her extravagant wedding to tennis player Ryan Sweeting; her short romance with Superman: Man of Steel star Henry Cavill; her former relationship and friendship with Johnny Galecki; and her obsession with social media.

Kaley Cuoco has spoken candidly about her love life to Cosmo.

Cuoco was photographed in the magazine in a number of low-key looks, matching her relaxed California girl lifestyle and attitude. Cosmopolitan claims, in advance of May's publication, Cuoco has "never looked more stunning!" One only needs to scroll through the numerous pages of her Instagram feed to see she enjoys a comfortable and laid back life surrounded by her dogs, friends and new husband. This was evident throughout the interview in which Cuoco was happy to open up about her love life over the past seven years.

She also mentioned how "obsessed" she is with social media, despite knowing the comments are most likely to injure!

The full interview will not be available until April 8th but here are a few juicy tit-bits to keep you going until then...

The 28-year-old recently married tennis player Ryan Sweeting after what can only be termed a whirlwind romance. The couple were dating for little more than three months when they became engaged in September of last year. Fast forward to New Year's Eve 2013 and they were married! Speaking to Cosmo, Cuoco did "admit it happened fast," stating "when we met I knew he was the one."

Cuoco's wedding was somewhat over the top with the former 8 Simple Rules star wearing a pink gown whilst arches of roses, wintry branches and chandeliers littered the background. However, Cuoco felt that merely added to the appeal as she "felt like a rock star and a badass." Cuoco further claimed her wedding "was the eighth wonder of the world, the greatest wedding of all time," adding "what was amazing in that room, it was so full of love."

We should all be so lucky to enjoy a ten day romance with Henry Cavill, the British actor best known for starring in Superman: Man of Steel, but Cuoco could only complain about the attention from the press she was forced to deal with. Referring to Cavill only as "Superman," she claimed the "recognition was crazy." She further explained, stating that this affair resulted in the constant attention from the press and paparazzi she enjoys today. On the subject she said "I've been in this business for 20 years, and my whole life, I could go anywhere, do anything. There had not been one paparazzi photo of me until like several months ago."

It may be a number of years since Cuoco and Johnny Galecki split up but, with constant attention on their on-screen relationship, it's hardly surprising we're still all intrigued with the dynamics of their friendship.

The former couple date for two years before splitting up in December 2009. However, they've remained close friends which Cuoco was keen to emphasis in the interview with Cosmo. She said their break up was initially "a bit awkward," but "we became best buddies and moved on in such an elegant way." She added Galecki is "one of my closest friends," before further emphasising how comfortable the two are with each other moving on as "he was in the front row at my wedding, with a huge smile on his face."

Cuoco has a definite social media presence with her Twitter and Instagram accounts filled with mementos from her life whether she's at a premiere, getting married or lazing around the pool with her husband. However, Cuoco is "obsessed" with the comments posted on social media by her fans and haters.

In the interview she described the difficulty of appearing to try to hard or just go about her business when there is the constant presence of paparazzi. She explained: "I started reading [comments on social media] and thought, 'Maybe I need to make more of an effort and not go out in my UGGs and be disgusting'. So I started putting on makeup. And they started writing, 'Wow, someone really likes being in front of the camera'" As she concluded, in the eyes of fellow social media obsessives and the press, "I couldn't do anything right," yet is still willing to "openly admit to being totally insane" about social media.
