The 24 Hours of Le Mans remains the oldest and most intense contest in endurance racing. For 24 hours, racers battle their inner demons and other drivers in order to get a shot at racing history. To drive flat-out for a whole day whilst competing against other people is tough, and for one independent racing team, things are even tougher. They stand alone, ready to make a name for themselves, and wanting desperately to win the respect they know they deserve. That team is 'Jota Sport', and they are about to take part in the race at Le Mans.

'Journey To Le Mans' is a documentary from writer/director Charlotte Fantelli in her first feature film credit. The documentary is narrated by Sir Patrick Stewart, and follows the trials of an independent racing team as they take their shot at becoming legendary in the endurance-racing world. It also contains narration from ex-'Top Gear' presenter, Tiff Needell, who also served as a presenter for 'Fifth Gear'. 'Journey To Le Mans', premiered at in London on 23rd October, 2014, and the film is due to be released by Kaleidoscope Home Entertainment on both DVD and Blu-ray on 27th November, 2014.
