University all girl a cappella chorus The Barden Bellas are making a return to the spotlight after spectacularly winning the national competition with the help of newest member Beca's innovative talents and ideas. Now it's time to get out the big guns as this time they are on their way to compete in the terrifying international contest; a feat made all the more daunting by the fact that no American group has ever managed to win before. Beca, Emily, Chloe, Aubrey, Cynthia-Rose, Stacie, Lilly, Jessica and Fat Amy are determined to test the odds and become the greatest a cappella singing group in the world, but the competition is so much more fierce than last year.

'Pitch Perfect 2' is the ear-pleasing sequel to the award-winning 2012 musical comedy, based on the real-life book by Mickey Rapkin entitled 'Pitch Perfect: The Quest for Collegiate A Cappella Glory'. Primetime Emmy nominated actress Elizabeth Banks replaces original director Jason Moore in her feature length directorial debut and also acts as co-producer, while screenwriter Kay Cannon ('New Girl', '30 Rock') returns following her work on the original movie. 'Pitch Perfect 2' is set to be released in the US on May 15th 2015.
