Sir Paul McCartney Tops Sunday Times Rich List - Find Out How Much
Sir Paul McCartney has been named the UK and Ireland's richest musician with a total fortune of £730 million. The former Beatles' fortune has increased by £20 million in the past year alone.
McCartney is closely followed by Sir Andrew Lloyd Webber, whose exploits in composing and producing have seen him amass a fortune of £650 million. The Irish rock band U2 came in third place with a combined wealth of £431 million, followed by Sir Elton John, Sir Mick Jagger and Keith Richards.

Adele, 26, was named the wealthiest star on the Richest Musicians Under 30 list, with a cool £30 million to her name. One Direction came in second place having made £20 million each since appearing on The X-Factor in 2010.
