Back in April during a Twitter Q&A session, Gosling was asked what fans might be surprised to know about him - to which he replied: "I actually love cereal". McHenry himself replied: "I'm sorry for making that meme. Will you forgive me?" Gosling jokingly replied: "No".

About a year ago, McHenry posted a vine captioned: "Ryan Gosling Won't Eat His Cereal and I won't stop making these vines until I personally get him to. That's a promise. #FeedRyanGosling."

He and Emma Stone will also star in Damien Chazelle's La La Land, about a jazz pianist who falls for an aspiring actress in Los Angeles.
