Bruce Willis Withdraws From Woody Allen Movie
Bruce Willis has withdrawn from Woody Allen's next movie due to conflicting commitments.
The 60-year-old actor was one of the first performers to be cast in the star-studded movie from the acclaimed director, but it's turned out he won't be able to fulfill the part.
Bruce - who was set to feature alongside the likes of Blake Lively, Kristen Stewart and Jesse Eisenberg - has had to withdraw from the project on account of his plan to appear in a Broadway adaptation of Stephen King's best-selling novel 'Misery', Deadline reports.
The news comes shortly after Kristen admitted auditioning for Woody's new movie was a ''stretch''.
The 25-year-old actress - who's known for her appearances in the 'Twilight' franchise - said she found it particularly awkward having to audition for a part without having any prior knowledge of the character.
She shared: ''It's weird, you're not supposed to talk about Woody Allen movies before they're out, but I think I'm probably allowed to generally say it's a stretch for me. And so I just wasn't sure. So, I just cold read, and I was like, 'I have no concept of [the character].'''
