Lahore is the cultural centre to Pakistan with rich influences in music and art that have been descendent from ancestors to create a lively culture that needs to be shared with the rest of the world. This music documentary directed by Sharmeen Obaid-Chinoy and Andy Schocken tells the story of how the Taliban have destroyed the culture in Pakistan smashing up instruments and taking away peoples spirit to play freely. They claim that something needed to be done to show the world that all Pakistani's are not terrorists and they needed to reclaim the spirit that the Taliban wrongly took from them.

There journey takes them to New York where they experiment with Jazz and perform to an audience in the city. The project sees the citizens injecting new life in to a dying art and earns them worldwide critical acclaim as they attract viewings over the internet worldwide.
