Jennifer Lawrence Puts Poor Hygiene Rumours To Rest With Hilarious Post [Video]
Oh Jennifer. We knew there was a reason why we loved you. 'The Hunger Games' star Jennifer Lawrence has finally addressed gross rumours that she doesn't wash her hands after going to the bathroom by posting a message to her fans on Facebook alongside a brilliant video.
The talk started after Jen did an interview with MTV alongside her 'Mockingjay' co-stars Josh Hutcherson and Liam Hemsworth. They were addressing the trio's most disgusting habits, during which Jen's dry sense of humour didn't compute with some viewers. 'I don't wash my hands after I go to the bathroom', she said with a sweet smile, before laughing. Liam played along with it, adding, 'Then she likes to come back and literally put her hands all over your face and in your mouth'. ''What's this smell like?!'' Josh then demonstrated.

Unfortunately, Jen has been bombarded with questions since the 'revelation' during the 'Mockingjay' press tour and it's finally got to the point where she's had to actually announce that she was kidding. 'I told MTV I didn't wash my hands after going to the bathroom because I was trying to gross out Josh and Liam and I ended up grossing out the world', she explained to her fans on Facebook. 'Of course I wash my hands after going to the bathroom! (I can't believe I've put myself in a situation where I even have to say that.) Anyway with all the rumors I've ever heard about myself this is the one I really had to put to rest.'
Alongside the post she included a video of her in a bath robe in a hotel marvelling over a bidet. 'What a weird toilet', she says, going to wash her hands in the basin nearby. 'Jen, that's not a toilet, it's a bidet', her friend says off camera. 'It's not a toilet?!' Jen exclaims. 'Oh. Well then I don't need to wash my hands.' And she turns off the tap and walks away.
Seriously though, we'd still love her even if she didn't wash her hands.
