Teresa Giudice’s upcoming memoir Turning The Tables: From Housewife to Inmate and Back Again, promises to be more revealing than a whole season of her Bravo reality series. In new extracts from the book, published by the New York Daily News, Giudice opens up on life behind bars, including strip searches and witnessing sex between other inmates.

Teresa Giudice will talk about life in prison in new memoir Turning The Tables: From Housewife to Inmate and Back Again.

Giudice writes that during a strip search she was ordered to remove her clothing, squat, stick out her tongue and cough. “I wanted to die,” she writes, according to the NYDN. Giudice also claims that on her second day she began to hear ‘noises’ coming from her cell-mate's beds in the middle of the night.

“I could see two women ... writhing around ... I cannot believe this is happening!” she wrote. The 43-year-old adds that later her cell became known as ‘The Boom Boom Room’, because of the amount of sex between inmates.

But Giudice kept herself busy behind bars by reading and concentrating on fitness, working out up to six hours a day. The reality star was released from prison on December 23rd 2015 and she will remain under house arrest until February 5th.
