When a group of friends decide to go away for a long weekend to a luxurious island resort, they are all eager to kick back and have some fun. The entourage decides to visit one of the most exclusive clubs on the island and soon make friends with the clubs owner who propositions one of the group with an offer to try a new designer drug that is sure to give the takers a once in a lifetime experience.

The group goes ahead and each take a vial of the substance, known by the name Urge but they're all told that they can only go ahead and take the drug once. The whole club is soon bouncing and having a brilliant night letting go of all inhibitions. The morning after the group is quick to talk about the prior evenings event and soon wish to repeat their evening. Soon they'll learn that controlling ones urge is harder than they ever thought.
