Kim Richards has been sentenced on charges stemming from her public intoxication arrest in April. The 50-year-old former child actress, who starred on The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills until this year, was sentenced on Monday (14th September). She has been sentenced to three years’ summary probation and ordered to complete 30 days of community service.

Kim Richards has reportedly been charged with public intoxication, resisting arrest and battery on a police. The charges stem from an incident in April when the 'Real Housewives of Beverly Hills' star was arrested in a hotel.
Kim Richards has been formally charged following her drunken arrest in April. The 50-year-old has been charged with public intoxication, resisting arrest and battery on a police officer, according to a report. Apparently the Los Angeles D.A. was unimpressed with Richards' efforts to sober up by checking herself into a luxury rehab facility.

To say that ‘Real Housewives of New Jersey’ cast member Teresa Giudice’s life has changed drastically in the past three months would be a massive understatement. The reality star has gone from leading a life of luxury to serving time behind bars in a Connecticut federal prison. Now for the first time since beginning her sentence in January, Giudice has been pictured alongside her family as she opens up about her new life.
Giudice appears on the cover of US Weekly beside her husband Joe and the couple’s daughters in a picture taken in the visitation room at the Danbury prison where she is currently serving her 15-month sentence.

Teresa Giudice is set to enter prison on Tuesday, but not before she says a long goodbye to her loved ones.
The one good thing about going to prison – for Teresa Giudice at least – is that she got enough time before going in to plan ahead. So, a few days before going behind bars, the disgraced former Real Housewife celebrated New Years with her family, whom she won’t get to spend time with for the next 15 months.
Teresa is set to start her sentence tomorrow, January 15. But on Wednesday night, according to Us Weekly, she was at home, with her family, getting a symbolic fresh start.

It all came to a head during Sunday night's episode.
Here it is – your Real Housewives of New Jersey recap. Just what you needed on a Monday morning or what? Last night’s episode was really an eventful one. The episodes are pre-filmed, so as the ladies reached the end of their holiday, there was no acknowledgement of Teresa Giudice’s sentence from last Thursday. Teresa and her husband have been convicted of financial and mail fraud and will serve their respective sentences in succession, so that there will always be one parent with their children. But with this information in mind, watching the couple’s family life took on a whole new meaning.
Meanwhile, the boys – aka Jim and Bobby – had it out for what seemed like the 100th time. Accusations of infidelity were thrown around and the fight got so heated, that Amber felt she had to comment on the situation.

Frank Giudice, the father of Real Housewives Of New Jersey star Joe Giudice, has died and his loss is being publically mourned by his family on Twitter. Frank's funeral is set for Monday (23rd June).
Teresa Giudice, star of Real Housewives of New Jersey, has been publically mourning the loss of her father-in-law on Twitter.
Frank Giudice died suddenly on Wednesday (18th June) at the home of his son Joe Giudice in Towaco, New Jersey. No official cause of death has been released but Frank, aged 63, apparently collapsed according to People.

Fat Joe Begins 4 Month Prison Sentence For Tax Evasion

Fat Joe, the rapper most famous for his 2004 single 'Lean Back', has turned himself in to police in order to begin a four month prison. The rapper was charged in December but began his sentence today (26th August).
Rapper Fat Joe has turned himself into Miami Police today (26th August) in order to serve a four month prison sentence. Fat Joe -whose real name is Joseph Cartagena- was sentenced in December for tax evasion. The charges refer to Fat Joe's tax evasion between 2007 and 2008, he managed to avoid paying taxes totalling to more than $1 million.
The New York born rapper was initially facing up to two years in prison but his sentence was altered to four months jail time. In addition to his four month sentence, Cartagena was ordered to pay a $15 000 fine. He will also be serving a year's supervised release, according to TMZ. The 43-year-old is currently being held at the Federal Detention Center in Miami.

Teresa Giudice may be facing dismissal from 'The Real Housewives of New Jersey', following the charges being brought against her and her husband Joe. The charges relate to tax evasion, bank fraud and mail and wire fraud.
Teresa Giudice and her husband Joe may be forced to leave The Real Housewives of New Jersey following their recent appearance in court. The couple are facing 39 charges including: bank fraud, tax evasion and mail and wire fraud. The charges, dating from 2001-2008, could see the Giudices imprisoned or paying heavy fines.
According to sources, speaking to The New York Daily News, Teresa Giudice has recently pitched a spin-off series to Bravo, the producers of The Real Housewives. Unfortunately for Teresa, it seems the production company is no longer interested following these indictments. The source said "Bravo only spin-off happy situations- marriages, baby news. Not prison".

As their tax fraud scandal progresses, it has emerged that the Giudice's could face up to 30 years behind bars for tax fraud offences
Real Housewives of New Jersey stars Teresa & Joe Giudice are currently in the midst of a multi-million dollar tax fraud case and although the duo have been released on bail, their case is far from over. The reality stars are being charged with 39 counts of federal indictment, including conspiring to defraud lenders and illegally obtain mortgages. The pair are also being charged on a separate count of indictment for allegedly hiding assets and income during their filing for bankruptcy.
Giuseppe & Teresa Giudice face some serious charges
U.S. Attorney Paul Fishman told reporters outside the New Jersey courthouse they are being charged at that the pair could face decades in prison if they are found guilty, with a spokesperson adding that prosecutors will not seek the defendants' incarceration during the hearing. Their charges were released on Monday (29 July) and today (30 July), the pair made their first appearance at the Newark court where they will be spending a lot of their free time from now on. As reported by Fox News, the Giudice's were forced to surrender their passports and told they can't travel outside of New Jersey and New York while their trail is underway. Joe, real name Giuseppe, could even be deported back to Italy if he is convicted, because he's not a U.S. citizen.
