Angelina Jolie, 38, is one of Hollywood's most sought-after female stars and has global notoriety, but she always keeps both feet firmly on the ground.

The actress, humanitarian and most importantly, the mother of six children, realizes she is in an easier position then most parents when it comes to raising her kids.

"I'm not a single mom with two jobs trying to get by every day," Jolie told the New York Daily News. "I have much more support than most people, most women in this world. And I have the financial means to have a home and health care and food."

All six of Jolie's children, whom she shares with fiancé Brad Pitt, are home-schooled and are able to travel everywhere with their mother, including on the set of 'Maleficent', which she is currently promoting on a worldwide tour.

"When I feel I'm doing too much, I do less, if I can," she said. "And that's why I'm in a rare position where I don't have to do job after job. I can take time when my family needs it."

The gracious Academy-Award winner also blasts any other mother in a similar position to her who complains about struggling with parenthood. Although 'The Tourist' actress doesn't name anyone in particular, she could be referring to Gwyneth Paltrow who insinuated having a 9-5 office job makes raising children much easier.

"I actually feel that women in my position, when we have all at our disposal to help us, shouldn't complain," she explained. "Consider all the people who really struggle and don't have the financial means, don't have the support, and many people are single raising children. That's hard."

"Brad and I never wanted our kids to be actors." Jolie told the newspaper. "When they get older, if they decide to be actors, I would just ask that that's not the center of their lives, that that [can be] an aspect, but they also do many other things with their lives and are involved in many other things with their lives, because I don't think it's a healthy focus as a center of your life."
