Hathaway and producer Shulman married in 2012, after dating since 2008. Earlier this year the actress was asked by E! News if she saw motherhood in her future. "Yeah! I hope so! I am looking forward to it,” Hathaway said.

Back in 2012 while seated at a roundtable with a number of actresses, all of them mothers, Hathaway said.  "I'm the only one here who's not a mother. I hope to join the ranks soon. I’m thinking about that [the paparazzi] because I really want to have a baby, and my husband and I are like, 'Where are we gonna live?'"

In 2013 the 33 year old also had babies on the brain, during an interview with Vogue. “Oh, my God. I want to be a mother, and I anticipate loving my children quite fiercely,” Hathaway said. “I think about it all the time, though it's a silly thing to think about because the kind of mother I'll be depends on the kind of children I have. I can't wait to meet them."
