British actress Anne-Marie Duff turned down the chance to learn the art of burlesque with Dita Von Teese for a U.K. reality Tv show.
The former Shameless star, who is married to Hollywood actor James MCAvoy, has revealed she was approached by producers looking to put together a new Tv talent show with famous faces learning sexy dance routines in Las Vegas.
Duff admits she was tempted by the offer, but eventually turned it down over fears it would affect her acting career.
She tells Britain's Event magazine, "They asked me to train as a burlesque dancer with Dita Von Teese in Las Vegas, which sounded fabulous! I turned it down because I'm an actress and this is reality - I don't want people to see (the real) me."
