Fact: GUNS N' ROSES have extended their upcoming summer (16) tour following their successful classic line-up reunion at California's Coachella music festival and shows in Mexico. Axl Rose, Slash and Duff MCKagan wrapped up their second headlining set at Coachella on Saturday (23Apr16), and now they have added a handful of extra dates for their Not In This Lifetime Tour, which kicks off in June (16). The additional gigs include a hometown show at Dodger Stadium in Los Angeles on 18 August (16).

The rocker was expected to announce details of a Guns N' Roses classic line-up reunion on the late-night show. It has since been confirmed he and guitarist Slash will reunite to headline this year's (16) Coachella festival in California.

Fact: Former GUNS N' ROSES guitarist Izzy Stradlin had a post-Thanksgiving reunion with his former pal Axl Rose on Saturday (24Nov12) when he joined the singer onstage during the band's Las Vegas residency to perform the song 14 Years. The musician previously made amends with Rose and played with his old band for the first time in six years back in May (12), during a tour stop in London.
