Fact: A man has been charged over allegations he defaced graffiti by street artist Banksy on a Los Angeles building wall. David William Noll, 35, who is also an artist, has been charged with felony vandalism for scrawling over the Brit's Girl in a Swing and Peeing Dog artworks.
