Fact: Rocker Beck's father, David Campbell, served as a producer on Beyonce's 2006 Grammy-winning album B'Day. Last month (Feb15), Beck won the Album of the Year prize for Morning Phase over the R&B superstar, prompting protests from Beyonce's pal Kanye West.

Fact: Rocker Beck has teamed up with eyewear company Warby Parker to design a limited-edition pair of frames in honour of the release of his new album, Song Reader. The glasses come in a two-tone Black Cherry hue, and will be sold at participating stores, which will also have his new record available for purchase.

Fact: Beck is letting fans customise their own concert T-shirts at his upcoming shows. Fans will be able to choose from four different colours of blank tees, along with iron-on decals, and the shirts can be pressed at the respective venues.

Fact: Rocker Beck is hoping his Los Angeles fans have no plans for this week - he's giving them just one day's notice of one of his most intimate shows. The LOSER hitmaker will perform at the Element club tomorrow night (26SEP06) and tickets went on sale today (25SEP06) at noon.
