Ben Affleck proved that even the best of us can get distracted when behind the wheel of a car when he careered into a parked car whilst out with his daughters, leaving the parked car's side mirror hanging off. But Affleck showed that he was a good sport and not one to run from his problems as he left a note on the car's windscreen insisting that he will cover all damage himself and that he was "very sorry."

After leaving a Santa Monica McDonalds with his two daughters, Violet, 6, and Seraphina, 3, the Oscar winner suffered a lapse in concentration as he pulled out of the food chain's car park and bumped into the parked car. He quickly jumped out of his car and left a note for the car's owner, who was nowhere in sight that read: "Hi, I knocked off your mirror! Very sorry! Will cover everything. - Ben."

Affleck is currently promoting his new film Argo that he both stars in and directs, based on the true story of a CIA operation to safely extract a group of Americans forced into hiding during the Iranian Revolution in 1979. The new film has already given Affleck the some of his most positive reviews in terms of his acting and short directing career, and Oscar buzz is already surrounding the film.
