It may seem like it’s only just finished, but Oscars buzz is about to start up all over again. A date has just been set for the Oscars 2015 ceremony, which will take place next year on February 22.

Starring Meryl Streep as Emmeline Pankhurst and Carey Mulligan as a young feminist called Maud, Suffragette has got Best Picture written all over it.  Due out January 16, 2015.

Interstellar

Christopher Nolan’s upcoming science fiction film stars current Best Actor winner, Matthew McConaughey, as well as Anne Hathaway, Jessica Chastain and Michael Caine. We don’t know about the movie yet, but even the cast is looking stellar.  Due out Novemeber 7, 2014.

Gone Girl

Adapted from Gillian Flynn’s best selling novel, Gone Girl is a psychological game of cat and mouse. Ben Affleck and Rosamund Pike are on board to bring the book to life, the question is, will the Academy be convinced?  Due out October 3, 2014.
