That's right, Beyonce and Jay-Z, contrary to popular belief, are actually capable of failure. We didn't think it possible. If somewhere in the depths of the universe there's an allowance of Luck for Earth, those two are definitely using up a good 40% of the planet's limit- if that were the case we could probably even blame them for the European financial crisis. However, the ultimate power-couple have finally failed at something.

In January of this year, just after the birth of their baby Blue Ivy, Beyonce and Jay-Z filed to copy-write 'Blue Ivy'. Unfortunately for the 'Crazy in Love' couple, Blue Ivy is already in use by an events company of that name. The company was forced to defend their current branding, which they have used since 2009- right about the time baby Blue Ivy became merely a twinkle in the eyes of her parents.

Beyonce had wanted to use the name in the future to begin a line of baby-clothing, reports E! Celebrity baby clothing lines are nothing new and Gwen Stefani and Tori Spelling both have their own range. However, it's Jessica Alba that tops the baby-style list, with her business 'The Honest Company', which provides eco- and child-friendly baby products. On the company's website she said, "I created The Honest Company to help moms and to give all children a better, safer start". As much as setting your child up a business in its infancy is a great start in life, we far favour Jessica Alba's approach, honest.
