During a chat with fans on Reddit.com, the rapper was asked if there will ever be a film made about Big Boi and Andre 3000, after the huge success of the N.w.a. biopic.

Big Boi replied, "Me and 'Dre were just discussing this over Labor Day. Stay tuned. - Big (sic)."

The duo has not released an album since 2006, but performed at more than 40 festivals across the world last year (14) to celebrate Outkast's 20th anniversary.

Straight Outta Compton topped the U.S. box office when it opened in August (15), and has since grossed more than $180 million (£112.5 million) worldwide.
