The Clique hitmaker was announced as headliner for the university's Spring Lawnparties concert in May (15) and two students are campaigning against the decision and have set up an online petition asking the school's student government to cancel his slot and book another singer.

They take issue with the hip-hop star's lyrics, and campaigner Duncan Hosie tells the Daily Princetonian, "I started researching Big Sean's language and I found language that was both misogynistic and homophobic."

The petition has garnered more than 500 signatures from students, but social committee President Simon Wu insists it is too late to make changes to the bill, adding, "The contracts are signed and it's unrealistic to stop this from happening."
