More than 30 women have come forward with decades-old claims Cosby drugged and raped them or attempted to, and now for the first time Cosby appears to have confessed to the crime at least once, admitting to giving the sedative to one woman.

The Associated Press obtained the documents on Monday (06Jul15).

Cosby has always denied any wrongdoing and has never been charged with a crime. Meanwhile, the statute of limitations has expired in almost all the cases filed against him in recent months.

But, in the damning testimony he confesses to giving former Temple University employee, Andrea Constand, three half-pills of Benadryl after she accused him of assaulting her.

The funnyman testified under oath in connection with that lawsuit, which was settled for undisclosed terms in 2006.
