The Kardashian sisters, Kim, Khloe and Kourtney are reportedly trying to ban future sister-in-law Blac Chyna from trademarking their surname.

According to TMZ, companies owned by Kim, Khloe, and Kourtney are opposing Chyna's request to trademark ‘Angela Renee Kardashian’, a name which she wants to use while working in entertainment and also on social media.

TMZ claim they’ve seen the legal documents, which state that if Chyna gets the trademark the Kardashians will "suffer damage including irreparable injury to their reputation and goodwill.”

The docs also say Chyna is "deliberately seeking to profit from the goodwill and popularity" of the Kardashian name.

New mom Chyna is engaged to Rob Kardashian and the couple are said to be planning their wedding for next year. But TMZ also report they are in the process of trying to secure a TV deal to air the ceremony as a special.

Sources close to the couple say that for the right price, they’ll happily let the nuptials be filmed.
