The 27 year old actress has been speaking about the demands of motherhood as she promotes her new movie, comparing it to ‘living with a drug addict’ as you’re faced with the ‘constant unexpected’.

In an interview with the LA Times Lively said, "Having a baby is just living in the constant unexpected. You never know when you're gonna get crapped on or when you're gonna get a big smile or when that smile immediately turns into hysterics. It might be like living with a drug addict.”

"After I wrapped 'Gossip Girl' I took about a year off because I was just tired." she says. "We worked 10 months a year, 16 to 18 hours a day. So I just wanted a break. I read a bunch of scripts and there were a few movies that I liked, but this is the first one that I thought, 'I can't not do this movie.' So I talked my way into it!"

Any and all elevator-related incidents from last month were forgotten at Tuesday night’s Chime for Change anniversary event, held by Gucci director Creative Director Frida Giannini and T Magazine editor-in-chief Deborah Needleman at Gucci Fifth Avenue in New York City, which Beyonce and Solange Knowles attended together. The sisters rocked complementary outfits, with Bey opting for a white halter jumpsuit and Solange sporting white trousers and a bright orange shirt. Very 90s, we approve.

More importantly, Bey reportedly donated a substantial amount of money toward the good cause. "At the Gucci Chime for Change event in NYC, Beyoncé just announced a personal donation of $500,000 to the charity," Women's Wear Daily tweeted. We’re calling that Reason #432556 to like Beyonce.

Alec Baldwin's stalker, Genevieve Sabourin, was sentenced to six months in jail yesterday (14th November).

Alec Baldwin's stalker has been jailed for six months.

Sabourin claims to have had a sexual encounter with Baldwin in 2010, something Baldwin denies. Two years later, she proceeded to ring and email Baldwin. She was finally arrested in April 2012 when she turned up at Baldwin's Manhattan apartment. Baldwin's then-fiancé, now wife, Hilaria asked their doorman to contact the police.

First Lady Michelle Obama presented a filmmakers workshop at the White House on Friday, 8 November, to promote careers in the entertainment industry to a group of high school students. Obama enlisted the help of Harvey Weinstein, Whoopi Goldberg, Ryan Coogler, Bruce Cohen, Blake Lively and a myriad of other Hollywood stars as part of an a-list forum aimed at encouraging kids to look towards the film and TV industry as a possible career path.

The all-star panel capped off a day of activities for high schools students gathered from Boston, Washington, D.C. and New York meeting in the capital. The First Lady aims to promote careers in the entertainment industry outside of acting and directing, as well as hopefully inspiring a generation of future Oscar winners.

"It just doesn’t take technical knowledge to succeed in the movie business. It is not just about being the best actor, or creating the best special effects,” the First Lady said (via The Warp). “It is about having grit.”

Israeli supermodel Bar Refaeli was apparently brought to tears by a picture of her ex-boyfriend Leonardo DiCaprio with actress Blake Lively only months after the couple split up. The model first met 'Django Unchained' star at a Las Vegas party hosted by U2, and went on to date each other for six years before separating in May, 2011. She admitted that she was shocked to discover that he had moved on so quickly with Lively.

In an interview with Israeli newspaper 'Yedioth Ahronoth', Refaeli explained her reaction to seeing the picture, saying: "I suddenly choked up and I started crying uncontrollably. No one knows that I went back to my room and broke down in bitter tears. I couldn't stop crying." She never cried over him again, however, as she stated: "It was like I was cleansed. From that day, I haven't cried since."

George Clooney's new movie Gravity, about two astronauts stranded in space, will open the 70th edition of the Venice Film Festival on August 28, 2013. The 3D movie by acclaimed director Alfonso Cuaron, will hit theaters in the U.S. on October 4, 2013 and is already drumming up anticipation thanks largely to an intriguing teaser trailer. 

"It is a very odd film, really," Clooney told USA Today in 2011, the year before Gravity was originally set to be released. "Two people in space. No monsters. It's more like 2001 (A Space Odyssey) than an action film." It's been a long road to get the movie to screen, with Robert Downey Jr originally pencilled in for the male lead before dropping out of the project and opening the door for Clooney. 

Producers originally settled on Sandra Bullock for the female lead after reportedly testing French actress Marion Cotillard and mulling over the likes of Scarlett Johansson, Blake Lively. Natalie Portman was apparently offered the role without a screen test following her Oscar winning performance in Black Swan, though passed on the project due to scheduling conflicts.

Leonardo Dicaprio has been linked to shall we say 'several' of the world's most beautiful woman. Let's just leave it that. However, the 38-year-old has been unable to hold down a serious relationship for years: why?

The 'Wolf of Wall Street' actor has reportedly dated Bar Refaeli, Erin Heatherton, Blake Lively, Aferdita Dreshaj and Margot Robbie, though he tells the May issue of Esquire that working hard and maintaining a relationship is simply not an easy thing to balance. "Six months of being on location or being off in Morocco or someplace like that is not the best thing for a relationship," he explained.

It's not difficult to take what DiCaprio is saying as the truth. He's easily one of the hardest working actors in Hollywood and since 2006 has starred in Blood Diamond, Body of Lies, Revolutionary Road, Shutter Island, Inception, J. Edgar, Django Unchained and new movies The Great Gatsby and The Wolf of Wall Street. Despite all that effort, Leonardo still regards himself as being incredibly fortunate to be in the position he's in. "I always thought of myself as the underdog, because I didn't have nice enough clothes or maybe my hair didn't look good" he explained, adding, "And so you have to understand-getting your foot in the door is like winning the lottery. It's literally like winning the lottery if you get to have a career [In Hollywood]."

The happy snapper not only DJ’d at the wedding, but also decided to take a number of pics of the happy couple and stick them on his Instagram account. The Roots drummer revealed pretty much everything from the bride’s arrival, to the cutting of the cake, using the hashtag #weddinginthewoods. So, Amber and David – you just about made the grade, but you have your crazy DJ to thank for it.
