Blythe Danner is ''not really shopping'' for a boyfriend.

The 72-year-old actress - who is Oscar winner Gwyneth Paltrow's mother - admits she hasn't had a serious relationship since the death of her producer husband, Bruce Paltrow, from cancer in 2002.

The 'I'll See You In My Dreams' star said: ''I've had a couple of blind dates, but I haven't had a [serious] date and I'm not really shopping for another relationship.''

Blythe even finds it difficult to kiss another actor on set.

The former school teacher, who had to lock lips with 70-year-old actor Sam Elliott in her new film, told PEOPLE.com: ''I was a little nervous. That was probably the only scene I was a little nervous about ... because my husband has been gone for 13 years.

''As June [Squibb] says [in the film], 'When you've had the best, the heck with the rest,' and that's kind of my attitude about it all.''

The 'Meet the Fockers' actress previously admitted wished she had someone special to share her life with.

She said: ''I had an incredible husband. It would be great if somebody fell in from the sky...because you do get lonely as you get older. But I'm very grateful that I have grandchildren on both coasts and they fill my heart.''
