Dave Coulier will be starring in the revival series of Full House, the 55-year-old actor and comedian announced via Instagram on Thursday (7th May). Coulier starred as Joey Gladstone in the original series. The Big Bang Theory director Mark Cendrowski will also be joining the upcoming series. 

Dave Coulier will reprise his role on Full House.

Netflix are close to signing a deal to produce a new season of Full House, according to a report. The revived series, an updated version of the sitcom which last aired in 1995, will reportedly be called Fuller House.

John Stamos will reportedly guest star and produce in the upcoming series of Fuller House.

That's right, it looks as though family comedy 'Full House' is heading back to TV with a revived version being developed by original star John Stamos, executive producer Bob Boyett and series creator Jeff Franklin. The trio are leading the charge for a new show though it is thought Bob Saget, Candace Cameron Bure, Jodie Sweetin and Andrea Barber are also on-board.

The cast had been stepping up their efforts for a sequel recently. Appearing on Watch What Happens Live, Stamos said he was working "on a twist on a sequel". The three leading men reunited on Late Night with Jimmy Fallon in January, and Stamos also got the Full House band, Uncle Jesse & the Rippers, back together for a medley of hits.

Full House, the hit ABC sitcom which ran from 1987 to 1995, may return to our screens. A revival has long been discussed but it may just be around the corner with one entertainment website claiming Warner Bros. TV is considering re-envisaging Full House. Many members of the original cast are also rumoured to be reprising their roles.

Congratulations, Dave Coulier! You may know the 54-year-old actor as the star of the hit 90s sitcom Full House, but he now has a full house of his own, after marrying longtime girlfriend Melissa Bring. The couple tied the knot on Wednesday (July 2) in Montana.

Of course, the wedding played host to a mini Full House reunion, with cast members John Stamos, Bob Saget, Candace Cameron Bure (DJ) and Andrea Barber (Kimmy Gibbler) all attended the bash and sent off Uncle Joey into married life. And they sent him off in style, from a rural spot in Montana. The pair teased the location of their wedding, when they announced the engagement back in June.

How I Met Your Dad will not be making its debut on CBS this year after the network failed to be blown away by the spin-off pilot that Carter Bays, Craig Thomas and Emily Spivey presented. CBS ordered the pilot from the How I Met Your Mother creators before the long-running hit comedy came to an end this season.

Greta Gerwig Takes The Lead In 'How I Met Your Dad.'

The new concept sees Greta Gerwig play the equivalent of Josh Radnor's Ted Mosby whilst Meg Ryan provides the voiceover as Bob Saget did in the original show. The story follows Gerwig as Sally who recounts the tale of how she met her children's father throughout the proposed series.

Meg Ryan could be headed for a career revival with her latest gig – narrating theHow I Met Your Mother spinoff,How I Met Your Dad.It’s been a while since theYou’ve Got Mail star has worked on a high-profile project, but her recently announced role as “Future Sally“ might give her the needed career boost. According to TV Guide, Ryan has been tasked with voicing the future version of Greta Gerwig’s character on How I Met Your Mother, corresponding to Bob Saget’s Future Ted – the older version of Josh Radnor’s character.

Could this signal the revival of Meg Ryan's career?

According to previous announcement, How I Met Your Dad will correspond with the story of the original, but told from the perspective of the mother. It will mostly be a separate story, crossing over into How I Met Your Mother territory at key points. The pilot, which has yet to receive a series order, follows Sally's search for the father of her children. Like Saget, Ryan’s character will never be seen on screen.

Former 'Full House' Dad Bob Saget has just released his memoirs and anyone who thought the actor might have been a mirror image of the clean cut Danny Tanner is about to be completely surprised. In his book Dirty Daddy, Saget reveals what really went on during the filming of 'Full House' and as it turns out things were a lot more entertaining when the cameras weren't rolling.

In his memoir, Dirty Daddy, Saget describes his time on 'Full House' as “a beautiful Jekyll and Hyde experience”. The actor might have played a straight laced, dependable character, but when cut was called he revelled in creating mischief on the set. Saget’s ‘pranks’ started the moment he got the script, which he used to draw penises on in order to amuse co-stars John Stamos and Davie Coulier. Saget and his two on screen best friends seemed to enjoy creating a schoolyard atmosphere on set and unsurprisingly it caused him to get scolded by the show’s production team from time to time, when his behaviour got a little too out of hand.
