Bobbi Kristina Brown has reportedly been moved from the Emory University Hospital - where she was being treated after being found unresponsive in a bath tub in January - to a nearby rehabilitation facility.
Bobbi Kristina Brown has been moved to a rehabilitation facility.
The daughter of the late Whitney Houston - who has been in hospital since January 31 when she was found unconscious in a bathtub - is reportedly being transferred from the hospital where she is currently receiving treatment, Emory University Hospital, to an undisclosed rehab facility in Atlanta.
There has been no change in the star's condition, a source close to the family confirmed to NBC News.
Doctors had been hoping to make progress with Bobbi Kristina's condition but suffered a ''setback'' when she suffered seizures as they tried to bring her out of a medically induced coma previously.
A source said at the time: ''This is a horrible setback. Everyone was hopeful that this was the sign that she'd turned the corner. We were so optimistic.''
The 22-year-old beauty was also recently given a tracheotomy to help her breathe through a small incision in her neck.
A source said: ''The tracheotomy is a different place for the tube to go. Everything else remains the same. It's a waiting game. The family is hoping and waiting.
''It's a normal procedure to have the tracheotomy because if you have a breathing tube down there for a long time, it can cause an infection.
''She is still critical and we don't know what the outcome will be. No one is giving up on this kid.''
