Bradley Cooper and Renee Zellweger have reportedly split without ever confirming news they were an item.
The couple started dating in 2009 but neither star has spoken about the romance, with the more public Cooper often dodging the question in interviews.
He dismissed recent engagement stories during an appearance on shock jock Howard Stern's radio show earlier this week (14Mar11) and revealed the wedding band he has started wearing on his ring finger belonged to his late father.
Publicists for both Zellweger and Cooper have declined to comment on the split report, broken by Us Weekly magazine.
