Charlie Sheen Brooke Mueller

Despite his many assets, bi-winning tiger blood owner Charlie Sheen has been single since his split from Brooke Mueller. However, Sheen has apparently spent his first non-single Thanksgiving since the divorce and he isn’t shy about letting the paparazzi know. Is Sheen seeing a new woman?

The actor and his blonde ladylove smooched for a couple of minutes, before hugging it out – long enough for the paps to get plenty of pictures of the two together, according to The Daily Mail. The woman’s identity is still unknown, since the description of “attractive leggy blonde” could fit half the residents of the Los Angeles area. Lest you think that the photos of the pair come only from nosy paparazzi however, the two also took their own snaps, enlisting the help of a friend. Never one for false (or any other kind of) modesty Sheen even shared a photo on his own Twitter page, captioning it: 'Best Thanksgiving ever. “I'm thankful for "Giving" the world another face-load of planet jealous! hashtag HowYaLikeMeWow.'

In the custody battle of Brooke Mueller versus Charlie Sheen, it looks like Mueller might be winning. Bob and Max, the former couple’s two sons, who have, for the past few months been living with Denise Richards. The children were removed from Mueller’s care six months ago by the L.A. County Department of Child and Family Services.

Mueller lost custody of the two children about six months ago.

Now they will be returned to their mother, but on a condition. According to TMZ, Mueller will not be charged with the custody rights for the two boys. Instead, the responsibility will fall to her brother Scott Mueller, who has been awarded temporary guardianship instead of Brooke herself. However, the boys will stay with their mother. According to an ever-trustworthy “source” for the website, the judge felt it was important for the boys to keep attending the same school. Since Scott lives far away, the judge ruled that the boys could move into Brooke’s LA area home.

Amanda Bynes' Rehab Stay Might Not Be The Best Thing For The Starlet

Amanda Bynes’ rehab entry has changed the terms of her treatment, TMZ reports. The troubled star, who was taken on 5150 hold and then had her stay at the UCLA psychiatric ward extended at the end of August, has now moved to a Malibu rehab center, according to the website. The center, The Canyon, reportedly does not have the psychiatric care facilities of UCLA, which could jeopardize Bynes’ treatment for a serious mental illness, but it does cater specifically to celebrities, so the star is getting her privacy at the very least.

The troubled actress has moved from UCLA to a private facility.

The website reports that Amanda prefers to keep to herself and has barely interacted with other people since her entry into the center. The retired actress checked into The Canyon about three weeks ago and she has remained within her living area at the center since then. Apparently, the star has given up the trademark wig that she was seen wearing in the weeks prior to her psychiatric hold. However, she is now paranoid that the paparazzi will find her.

Brooke Mueller's Children Taken By Social Services, Custody Rights In Jeopardy

Brooke Mueller Charlie Sheen Denise Richards

Brooke Mueller’s twin boys, over whom she shares custody with Charlie Sheen, were taken from her home last night. The measure was put in place by the L.A. County Department of Children and Family Services after the home was deemed unsafe, TMZ reports. officials from the department arrived to Brooke's home Thursday with a warrant - and took 4-year-old Bob and Max out of the house. The boys have reportedly been placed in the care of Denise Richards, the mother of Sheen’s two girls. This is, however, just a temporary solution, until a better living situation can be secured for the boys.

The twins were removed from Mueller’s home after it was deemed unsafe – reportedly because she had started using drugs again. This is a problem Mueller has been struggling with for years, so it is entirely likely that, if proven guilty, she might lose custody rights over the boys. A court date has been set for next week, and that trial will aim to find a more permanent living situation for the children. In situations like this, the children are usually given to the closest relative, but it isn’t hard to guess why in this case the authorities chose Richard’s home over that of Charlie Sheen. There are (probably) no “goddesses” walking around her place, after all.

Brooke Mueller Revisits Rehab To Battle Drugs

Brooke Mueller Charlie Sheen

Brooke Mueller - the ex-wife of Charlie Sheen - continues to battle her drug problem with another stint in rehab. She's attended rehab in the past, reportedly related to a crack-cocaine addiction, and this represents the 19th time Mueller has tried to seek professional help for her issues with drugs.

The news, according to E! comes soon after Mueller was taken to a nearby emergency room on Friday, Dec. 7, after an ambulance was called to her Tarzana residence. Mueller's rep insisted the situation was not a dire one, saying, "An assistant thought Brooke was nonresponsive while she was napping and hastily called an ambulance," rep Steve Honig said in a statement at the time. "As a precaution, Brooke was brought to a local hospital and discharged after an hour. She was diagnosed with exhaustion and dehydration and is now fine and resting at home. That's it." A friend of hers also added that "She's been in a good place," saying, "She hasn't seemed depressed or low at all. She's excited about the future, spending time with her children and just wants to get on with her life peacefully."

Mueller underwent a 90-day treatment program in early 2012 after she was charged for assaulting a woman last December in a Colorado nightclub and possessing four grams of cocaine. She is currently on probation and most recently sought treatment over the summer.

Off The Wagon: Brooke Mueller Checks Into Rehab For The 19th Time

Brooke Mueller Charlie Sheen

Sadly, overdosing on prescription drugs is far from a new idea around Hollywood. The latest addition to the lineup is Strictly Sexual actress Brook Mueller, probably most known for her short-lived marriage to Charlie Sheen.

On Friday, Mueller was rushed to a hospital near her home in Tarzana, Los Angeles. She was found unconscious and initial reports mention high levels of Adderall – ADHD medication – in her blood, as well as low levels of alcohol. Her publicist denied these claims at the time, attributing the hospital stay to exhaustion and dehydration. However, yesterday Mueller voluntarily checked herself into rehab, admitting to a serious addiction to the prescription medication. According to TMZ, this will be the actress’s 19th visit to a rehab facility.

This may also have some more serious consequences, as Mueller is still on probation for a previous possession offence. Under the terms of her probation, she is not allowed to drink alcohol. According to her publicist, quoted by The Daily Mail, the levels of alcohol found in her blood at the time were not high enough to constitute a violation. However, with Mueller’s previous drug history, this incident is not to be taken lightly.

Charlie Sheen's ex-wife Brooke Mueller was rushed to hospital this morning after a suspected OD, TMZ reports.

The rep said, "As a precaution, Brooke was brought to a local hospital and discharged after an hour. She was diagnosed with exhaustion and dehydration and is now fine and resting at home.
