Bruce Willis has sold his luxurious Beverly Hills home for $16.5 million.

The 'Die Hard' actor, who has two daughters, Mabel, two, and Evelyn, three months, with wife Emma Heming, and three daughters, Rumer, 25, Scout, 23, and Tallulah, 20, with ex-wife Demi Moore, originally put the Spanish-style property on the market for $22 million in May 2013, but finally found a buyer after dropping the price by 20 percent, according to real estate website Redfin.com.

The 59-year-old actor purchased the five-bedroom property, which boasts an outdoor swimming pool, private tennis court and lush landscaped gardens, for $9 million in 2004.

But after carrying out ''major renovations,'' Bruce and Emma recently decided to move into their $8.8 million condo overlooking Central Park in New York City permanently to be closer to his daughters, Tallulah and Scout, who both live in the city.

Budding blogger Tallulah reportedly checked into a rehab facility in Arizona last month after admitting she ''struggled'' with body dysmorphia and an eating disorder when she was younger.

A source previously: ''Tallulah was pretty much given an ultimatum. Her parents were about to take away everything from her.''

Bruce is also currently trying to sell his home in Idaho's Sun Valley.

The 'Looper' star put the property on the market for $15 million more than two years ago, and recently slashed the price for the fourth time to $8.8 million.
